Dominic Young-Smith focuses on bridging the gap between high-level performance and advanced biomechanical research. As a graduate of Harvard University with both an MS and BA in Biomedical Engineering, Dominic also competed as a standout on the University’s football team, earning Academic All-Ivy honors and being named a William V. Campbell Award Semifinalist. Dominic previously interned at Biocore with the Computational Modeling team and assisted in performing biomechanical analyses to quantify injury mechanisms and optimize movement quality for elite athletes. He will be continuing his work with the Computational Modeling team.
