Ian Kloo, PhD

Dr. Ian Kloo is an analytic leader with more than a decade of experience developing advanced data tools and managing high-impact technical projects. As a Presidential Management Fellow, he led initiatives across the Department of Defense, FBI, and intelligence community, driving innovation in complex operational environments. He spent eight years on the faculty of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, where he directed research and built analytic solutions supporting the special operations community. Dr. Kloo earned his Ph.D. in Societal Computing from Carnegie Mellon University in 2025 and holds a Master’s in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon, awarded in 2014.
